Our Journey
Stellar Orbit LLP is a DPIIT-registered startup incorporated in December 2025 with a focused mission to transform access to the unlisted equity market. Built on the principles of transparency, efficiency, and trust, the company is structured to bridge the gap between institutional capital and high-potential private market opportunities.
The company owns and operates Unlisted Network, an institutional deal facilitation platform that enables seamless transactions in the unlisted equity space. Through this network, employees, family offices, AIFs, PMSs, and large HNIs can connect, evaluate, and execute deals with greater confidence, backed by structured processes and reliable execution support.
With a clear long-term vision, Stellar Orbit aims to become the largest institutional deal facilitation network in the unlisted market while also building a strong and credible retail presence. By prioritizing transparency, accessibility, and execution excellence, the company seeks to create a trusted ecosystem that empowers both institutional and retail participants to invest in private market opportunities efficiently and securely.

Leadership
MANHAR RAO, Director 
Manhar Rao is among the youngest CFA Charterholders globally, with over five years of hands-on equity market investing experience.
He is a focused SME and microcap investor, managing large proprietary capital, and has actively engaged with 50+ company promoters over the past two years. He has also served as the Finance Head at ORBIT Staffing Innovision, overseeing financial planning, controls, and capital discipline.
He brings deep exposure to family office’s, AIFs, PMS, and Ultra-HNI ecosystem, with direct experience in investing and executing multiple successful exits in the unlisted equity space, combining rigorous fundamental research with promoter access and disciplined capital allocation.
ISHWAR SINGH, Director
He is a retired Colonel from the Indian Army with 20+ years of leadership experience across Mutual fund operations, BFSI, healthcare operations, global staffing, and enterprise service delivery, spanning India, GCC, Australia, Europe and the USA. Earlier, he managed mutual fund operations at Karvy as GM-Operations & SBU Head with full P&L responsibility.
He also headed multi-location healthcare service delivery at Hinduja Global Solutions, managing 500+ FTE teams and critical governance functions, key account staffing delivery in Silicon Valley with ReqRoute Inc. (USA), and led process excellence as VP–Service Delivery at Orbit Global Solutions, and managed large-scale BFSI.
He is the Founder & Business Owner of ORBIT Staffing Innovision Pvt. Ltd. (since 2013), a boutique Talent Acquisition firm with presence in Dubai, Doha, Hyderabad, Colombo, and Kathmandu, serving Top 50 GCC business houses in BFSI and Automotive sectors, with 2,000+ successful placements across local and expatriate talent pools.
