3.2 What We Are Not

UnlistedNetwork.com is not:

• A SEBI-registered stock broker or trading platform

• A depository participant

3.3 Transaction Process

• Member registers and creates an account

• Member searches for unlisted shares of interest

• Member conducts due diligence

• Member expresses interest via the platform

• UnlistedNetwork team attempts to find a counterparty (buyer/seller)

• If a match is found, both parties are connected via UnlistedNetwork

4. User Registration and Account

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register for an account by providing:
